Air Assist PulseBar NEW DESIGN

The NEW AirAssist PulseBar features a special emitter pin configuration which significantly enhances the bar’s neutralizing and balance performance. The configuration includes an emitter pairing at each end to eliminate potential single polarity hot spots at either end of the bar, and increased emitter quantity in most sizes.

Emitter pins are now machined tungsten, not tungsten wire for greater durability and longevity.

The AirAssist PulseBar connects to compressed air lines and eliminates troublesome electrostatic charges that can cause dust and other contaminants to accumulate on surfaces and finished product. The flow of air over the electrodes carries the ionization to the surface to be neutralized. It can be mounted 2 to 3 feet from the target area and is available in standard lengths from 12 to 74 inches. Featuring a slimline design, the rugged AirAssist PulseBar can be installed on many types of equipment. It can operate in Steady State operating mode or Pulsed DC operating mode using the PulseFlow Controller. It is easily maintained.

REQUIRES EITHER PFC-20 or VisION controller.
