The PulseGun 8 (PG8) is a Cleanroom Ionizing Gun with replaceable Class 1 electrodes. Specifically designed for ultra-clean environments. An internal 0.02-micron filter eliminates the problem of particles in the gas supply line. This Class 10 & Class 100 Cleanroom Ion Gun provides neutralization of static charges and keeps contaminating materials off the surface of your products. The 0.02 micron filter is built in the body of the gun and has over 50cm of filtration area. Filter will last up to three months. Replacement filters are available. The nozzle tip pressure drops to 14.5 PSI at 150 input when dead ended or obstructed. The shockless design incorporates replaceable tungsten electrodes. Powered by the AirFlow Controller AFC-2.
