The Digital UV Radiometer is extremely accurate. This makes it perfect to measure the output of short wave UV lamps used for sterilization, chromatography, UV curing. EPROM erasing and many other applications. It features a high quality optical interference filter which provides carefully controlled spectral coverage. The sensor head utilizes a special sapphire diffuser sensor window that helps prevent filter degradation and can measure even the most oblique UV rays for precise readings.

This pocket size model provides easy measurement of short wave UV (254nm) with an overall accuracy of 5%, traceable to NIST. The meter measures from 0 to 19,990 muW/cm² and has a resolution of 10muW/cm² for high sensitivity. For maximum precision, pyroelectric methods are used for calibration. It features excellent linearity and cosine response. It has a 4-1/2 digit LED display for easy readability in low-lighting conditions.

The sensor head is attached to the digital readout unit by a 2 foot coiled cord. Powered by four AA alkaline or NiCad rechargeable batteries.
